We provide legal advisory services, professional services, workshops, diplomas, and other relevant services based on our institutional guidelines. The personal data we obtain will be used for the following activities related to our corporate purpose:

Identification data may include full name, address, gender, email, home and work phone numbers, cell phone number, TIN, place and date of birth, age, etc.

Labor data may include occupation, name of the company, institution or dependency, position, area or department, address, telephone, work email, work references and personal references, line of business, institution or dependency.

Financial data may include the bank account number that is used to acquire any of the services, and providing this data is considered express consent for its processing.

  1. REVOCATION OF THE CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

If you wish to revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by NICE JOB, you must notify us in writing. Failure to provide such notice will release NICE JOB from any responsibility. Once we have received your notice of revocation, we will keep the data that we consider necessary for the fulfillment of our purposes, and we will delete any data or related information that we do not deem necessary within a maximum of twenty business days, provided that such information has not already been used or transmitted before the date of the notice.

  1. PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION (ARC) OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
